An Interview with Nemanja Sreckovic, OverallPack.com Novi Sad, Serbia and Montenegro

1. [Freelancer Ratings] Tell me something about yourself and your position in the company.
[Nemanja Sreckovic] First of all thank you for your invitation to this interview. Currently I am trying to balance between my studies and actively work in the web design area. OverallPack is primarily conceived as a team of individuals who just like what they do and is excellent in doing it. I am one of the founders of the team.
2.[FR] What were you doing before starting OverallPack and what motivated you to start this company? Currently, how many people are employed at your company?
[NS]I worked for a well-known local web design agency. What motivated us? We wanted to offer something no one dared to do before. Top quality web sites at confusingly low prices. Most studios don’t even want to talk without a couple of thousand dollars in question, even though they were making sites that were not so big. Well we just wanted to change that. And that’s what we do. OverallPack counts 7 employees at this time.
3.[FR] What are the different products/services offered by OverallPack?
[NS]At the time there is only a Mini Pack, our web design package that really offers everything a small or medium business would need. You can soon expect more types of packages, big and small. Also, we are planning to offer web site optimization as well as SEO services but a little different than how others would do it. You'll see soon.
4.[FR] Where do you see the challenges for the expansion of your company’s products and services?
[NS]We see it in raising the process on a higher level and lower the prices even more. Also we want to tighten our position on the local market, however there are lot of problems in it. One of our long term goals was exiting the freelances zone, creating a web design studio, but still maintain all of our current principles and prices because those are the things that make us different from the rest.
5.[FR] What were the significant achievements in your company's history?
[NS]We are a very young company so to say. I hope that we will have another interview in a year or two, than we will share the impressions.
6.[FR] What should a client look for while shopping for a product/service similar to the one offered by your company? Do you have any advice/suggestions?
[NS]They should just pay attention to what they offer and the prices at which they offer it.
7.[FR] What makes Overallpack unique amongst others offering similar products/services? Why should a customer choose you over another competing company?
[NS]Simple! We offer best solutions for small and medium businesses using up-to-date technologies and trends at amazingly low prices. Combining those with tech support, maintenance and update, you can get a really rounded up affordable solution of great value.
8.[FR] How well do you receive feedback from your customers and users?
[NS]At the time its rather going very well, the impressions are good and the interest is huge. We provide our clients support and solve their problems even after many months, without additional charge ofcourse.
9.[FR] In your experience, what has been the most effective way to market a business?
[NS]By “word of mouth”! Definitely!
10.[FR] What is the question you would like to answer and still nobody asked you?
[NS]Well, for example what is the current situation with web design development in my region? One could really say a lot of things about that, I guess.
